Notion Page Copier is a Chrome extension that copies the content of a Notion page — including its images — to your clipboard so you can paste the complete page into Google Docs, Microsoft Word, email, or any other rich-text editor in one step. This policy explains, plainly, what the extension does and does not do with your information.

The short version

Notion Page Copier does not collect, store, sell, or transmit any of your data. Everything the extension does happens locally, inside your own browser. There is no account, no server, and no analytics.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure

Notion Page Copier's use of information received from its permissions adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any user or page data.

What data we collect

None. We do not collect any personal information, browsing history, page content, or images. The extension has no backend server to send data to, and it does not log or store anything about you or the pages you copy.

How the extension works

When you click the Copy page button on a Notion page:

1. The extension scrolls the page within your browser so that all images load.
2. It reads the content of that page (text and image references) within your browser.
3. Its background process fetches the images embedded in the page — which Notion serves and proxies through the notion.site / notion.so domains and its image host img.notionusercontent.com — and embeds them into a copy of the page's content.
4. It writes that content (formatted HTML and plain text) to your clipboard.

You then paste the result wherever you like. All of these steps run on your own device. The page content is read locally and only momentarily (ephemerally) — solely to build the clipboard payload at the moment you click the button — and is never persisted. The only network requests made are to retrieve the images that already appear on the page you chose to copy, so they can be included in the copy. Those images go directly into your clipboard copy and are not sent anywhere else. The extension contains no remote code and shares nothing with any third party.

Data sharing and selling

We do not share or sell your data, because we do not collect any.

Analytics and tracking

The extension contains no analytics, telemetry, advertising, or tracking of any kind.

Permissions

The extension requests only the permissions it needs to perform its single purpose:

• Host access (notion.site, notion.so, img.notionusercontent.com only) — to fetch the images on the Notion page you copy, which Notion serves through these domains, so they can be embedded into the copy. The extension cannot access any other website.
• Scripting — to add the "Copy page" button to Notion pages and read the page content when you copy.
• Clipboard write — to place the copied page onto your clipboard.

None of these permissions are used to collect or transmit your data.

Children's privacy

The extension does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
